Looking for Assemblers in the Columbus, Lewis Center, Westerville, OH Area!

1st Shift: 6AM -230PM

2nd shift: 230PM-1130PM

PAY: $17 - $20/HR

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experienced in upholstery or carpentry, with familiarity using an Air Staple Gun & Utility Knifes.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: Candidate will shadow someone before the being assembling on their own. They'll start of slow, assembling one part at a time. Progress will vary on each candidate, but people tend to get the hang of it pretty quick. Depending on the state of each shift, candidates could train on their actual shift. We are looking for candidates who are reliable and willing to work. Candidates that are motivated to get into leadership roles will have a ton of opportunity her

JOB DUTIES: Candidates will receiving shipments of foam & wood products. The packages range in size, & require a team effort a lot of the times. The wood, or foam, will be cut down to spec once received into the facility.

MUSTS:

-Attention to detail

-Ability to use hand and power tools

-Willingness to learn

-Stable work history

PLUSES:

-Carpentry or Upholstery experience

-Prior Foam Manufacturing experience

-Experience with Vinly material or production

-Industrial Sewing Skills
