Fusion Technology is hiring for an experienced Business Program Analyst in Washington DC.

  • Title: Business Program Analyst

  • Schedule: Assuming Basic "Office Hours"

  • Pay Rate: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00

  • Location: Washington DC

Description:

The Program Analyst is responsible for planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. Duties may include ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints. This sub family also interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel. Most jobs in This sub family have P & L responsibility. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to achieve day-to-day objectives for Power Services Group Portfolio and facilitate major impact for program execution Identify areas of improvements, recommend solutions and support findings with analyses.

  • Coordinating with FAA executives

  • Creating and maintaining program/project schedules

  • Identifying and updating project team members

  • Creating and maintaining project charters

  • Creating and maintaining baseline scope agreements

  • Preparing program and project metrics

  • Participating in weekly and monthly telecoms

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have prior FAA knowledge and work experience

  • BS Degree in technical or business discipline

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Pivot Tables)

  • Ability to support the customer and other program staff with project schedules, talking points, and program management deliverables

  • Experience in program/project scheduling • Ability to maintain project documentation, including design notes, design calculations, work logs, vendor contacts, and other documentation

  • Ability to represent the customer in meetings and other activities dealing with both inside and outside of the department

  • Ability to work well with engineering and management staff, including external organizations, to ensure timely follow-up and on-time project completion
