Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a remote QNXT Project Manager in support of one of our large Healthcare clients. This candidate will be supporting the Customer Advocacy Team whom is accountable for providing analysis and execution support for some of the most visible and high-priority issues impacting our primary customers. We are responsible for intake, evaluating and supporting our customer's needs, communicating effectively with impacted leadership and stakeholders, including with executive leadership. Their day-to-day will include but is not limited to:
Responsible for driving assigned issues from intake through the CAT RCA process as detailed in the CAT Policies and Procedures and CAT Job Aid.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on assigned issues
Facilitate communications between stakeholders often, sometimes serving as the liaison in challenging situations
Thoroughly evaluating the end to end process from where the issue stemmed, investigating and implementing process improvement efforts that the CAT is able to assist with
When appropriate: assists with testing needs from ticket creation, test case review, collaboration with testing efforts, and reviewing final testing results
Drive meetings, action items, requests and other activities relating to assigned issues emphasizing forward momentum
Understand current priority and impact levels of your assigned issues and adjust follow-ups, deadlines and communications to stakeholders accordingly
Make suggestions from your observations on possible containment, countermeasure and/or process improvement efforts .
Our stakeholders should feel relief when CAT jumps in to assist. To do that,
relationships must be built and an easy way to accomplish this is through trust and time.
Submit needed Change Gear, Service Now (SNOW) tickets, and other departmental assistance requests
Create business requirement documents (BRD's) when needed
Investment of time and empathy on issue impact, coordinating efforts, getting resolution quickly, volunteering for action items, and helping to solution improvements to be part of the team effort for resolution
Analyze applicable process documents, reporting, and understand impacted systems
Collaborate effectively with SME's, leads, stakeholders, testers, PMs, owners, etc.
Must be able to provide an update verbally or written to any stakeholder during the issue resolution process upon request.
Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders across varying levels of knowledge
Ensure the CAT Intake and Tracking tool is accurate and up-to date for your assigned issues
Compile and analyze data pulled by CAT or provided by operational areas to determine scope and impact of issues. Assist with the estimation and identification of cost savings
Submit polished issue RCA document, ensure a robust issue folder containing all issue documentation and full analytical report by CAT Intake and Tracking tool for final review
Assists with onboarding new hires as detailed in the Onboarding Outline.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
-prior experience as a business analyst
-QNXT experience
Experience in coming from a Health Plan background
Experience with SQL
Lead or Management level experience preferred
