Property Management Assistant:

Department: Property and Asset Management

Reports to: Director of Property & Asset Management

Employment Status Classification: Non-Exempt, Part-Time Hourly

Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Job Description Summary:

The Property Management Support Coordinator (known internally as Property Management Assistant) is a 20-hour per week, part-time position that will provide administrative support to the Property and Asset Management Department.

*Essential Functions:  *

  • Create, monitor, and update budgets on Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Prepare compliance paperwork for Property and Asset Managers
  • Assist with meeting preparations and scheduling.
  • Clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning.
  • Develops, maintains, and updates electronic filing systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extremely organized
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve.
  • Ability to multi-task.
