Summary:

The Latin America Public Policy team is seeking a dynamic professional to join us as a Policy Programs & Partnerships Manager. This role will be pivotal in leading regional product and regulatory programs across Latin America. Candidates should have knowledge of Internet policy issues and project management skills. We are looking for candidates with previous experience working at the crossroads of tech and policy with government, civil society, tech companies, think tanks, technical community, consulting firms, or related organizations.This is a full-time position located in our Sao Paulo or Brasilia office.

Required Skills:

Policy Programs & Partnerships Manager, Brazil Responsibilities:

  1. Lead cross-functional regional programs, supporting mid-term product and policy priorities

  2. Establish communication strategy to report progress and status with task forces and leads, including messaging and other external materials

  3. Build impactful relationships with internal and external partners across Latin America

  4. Increase scale and impact of existing programs to create industry leading experiences that directly connect with regional needs and opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field

  2. Experience working with policy, communications, marketing, legal, and creative teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally

  3. Experience managing large, complex programs within a cross-functional environment, spanning multiple groups within a complex organization

  4. Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans

  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  6. Communication and presentation skills

  7. Fluent English
