Job Description

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Banking Officer for one of our top credit union clients. The Senior Business Banking Officer will report to the VP of Member Business Services and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and bringing on new relationships to the Credit Union. Their main focus will be on growth while also meeting all of the needs in the business banking market. 70% of their day will be focused on business development and focused on growing deposits. The business banking side of the house at the Credit Union has 22 employees, and 5 other business bankers that would work alongside them.

Job Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients with annual sales set by the VP of Member Business Services

- Work with members to provide services such as: business depository products, cash management products, business lending and credit cards, etc.

- Make outbound calls to retain and prospect new members

- Grow deposits

- Handle any questions from members and take care of any service issues within your portfolio

- Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services to cross-sell business and personal financial products and services

- Comply with regulatory compliance and assigned trainings

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

- 7-10 years of outside sales and customer service experience within the financial services industry

- Experience with commercial, industrial, and real estate lending (operating lines of credit)

- Portfolio of 25-50 clients with a diverse client base to bring over they will not be given a portfolio

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (someone with a hunter mentality) null
