Description

We are offering a role based in Stillwater, Minnesota, in the Manufacturing industry. This role focuses on the job function of a Staff Accountant, and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Month End Cycles, ensuring accurate and timely completion

• Oversee state filings and nexuses in different states, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements

• Provide regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all reports

• Execute monthly online filings, ensuring all are completed accurately and on time

• Utilize SAP to perform various accounting functions

• Utilize advanced Excel skills for various accounting tasks

• Manage tasks related to Cash, prepaids, accruals, account reconciliations, and more

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Perform Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger maintenance, Journal Entries creation, and Month End Close procedures.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.

• Demonstrated ability to perform Bank Reconciliations.

• Familiarity with General Ledger maintenance.

• Experience in Journal Entries preparation and management.

• Skilled in conducting Month End Close procedures.

• Experience with SAP for financial management and reporting.
