Woodard Cleaning and Restoration General Foreman in St. Louis, Missouri

As a General Foreman, you'll step into a home or business owner's toughest moments - destroyed roof, buckled floors, soot covered keepsakes, waterlogged photo albums, charred family heirlooms, and uncertain futures- to pick up the pieces and begin restoring dignity to their lives.     What You Will Do:

  • Create project schedule and budget

  • Select approved subcontractors and suppliers to perform work as needed by the project plan

  • Perform production labor tasks on jobsites, including jobsite cleaning, drywall hanging and taping, painting, finish carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work

  • Communicate with customers to ensure their confidence & satisfaction in the project

    What It Takes:

  • 3+ years in residential remodeling

  • 1+ years running residential construction projects

  • Own tools

  • Current, valid Driver's License

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Class E Driver's License

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
