  • The Full Motion Video Analyst (Journeyman) shall provide motion video analysis in order to produce standard and non-standard NGA intelligence products on counterterrorism issues. The Full Motion Video Analyst (Journeyman) will help AOT effectively accomplish its mission to provide support to National policymakers and combatant commands by helping to identify and defeat worldwide terrorist threats.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

  • Prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.)

  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents for publishing

  • Perform geo-locational mensuration functions

  • Extract coordinates and positional relationships from digital database systems

  • Maintain and uses geospatial databases

  • Compile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to support operations

  • Assist apprentice level personnel in learning their trade

  • Collaborate with Government and contractor personnel to provide accurate information

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • High School Diploma and 3years of intelligence experience or equivalent

  • 3 years of FMV or GEOINT experience

  • Successfully completed a military or government basic Intelligence Course

  • TS/SCI Clearance required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to complete GEOINT Professional Certification-Fundamentals (GPC-F) within 6 months with a passing score

  • Ability to work rapidly in a high tempo, high stress environment that often requires multi-tasking

  • Ability to provide real-time 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment as an integral part of a team

  • Ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight

  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Well versed in the use of internet relay chat

  • Knowledge with the following:

  • Intelligence collection process

  • ArcGIS and RemoteView or comparable ELT software

  • Geographical and cultural aspects of foreign countries

  • Military capabilities weapon systems

  • Very knowledgeable with the following:

  • Intelligence organizations and systems

  • Collection and reporting systems

  • Intelligence information sources

  • Techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating and analyzing information

  • Highly skilled in data mining using M3, open-source reporting and other intelligence sources
