Summary:

  • The Database Analyst/Programmer supports the Space and Interiors Division (SIOI), CAFM Team with managing the centralized, Agency-wide strategic space planning; location database fidelity/maintenance master workplace footprint drawing documentation; project execution integration, and furniture procurement installation/reconfiguration..

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

  • Maintain ARCHIBUS application in support of the SIOI effort to provide self-service portal for common service requests to promote Agency efficiency and automate lease administration processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and avoid penalties for NGA leased sites

  • Provide technical support with ARCHIBUS software to support SIO quality initiatives, including assisting in providing personnel access, resolving complex program issues, and providing instructions on application use.

  • Database analysis and programming with an understanding of GEOINT functions, products, services and systems.

  • Provide computer programming development support;

  • Assists with systems analysis and design;

  • Support client implementations and support calls from a technical perspective;

  • Planning, analysis, and design applications and infrastructure;

  • Ongoing maintenance of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system and optimize CAFM products and services.

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • Minimum of 7 years as a Database Analyst or Programmer.

  • Direct experience supporting NGA.

  • Experience in Java, HTML, SQL (ideally Oracle, MYSQL, PostgreSQL, or other relation databases).

  • Experience in Java and Oracle (or other relational database).

  • Experience in ARCHIBUS, Java, CSS, XML, and Git or other version control tools, desired

  • TS/SCI clearance required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be well versed web developer primarily skilled in JavaScript front-end development; also able to implement full-stack solutions.Understanding of the MVC design pattern.

  • Individual must be able to communicate with customers to determine requirements, work independently, and learn quickly
