Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a new opportunity in a manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to oversee local administrative operations at the Springfield facility.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure efficient workflow
- Support remote administrative and executive staff and provide training/guidance as needed
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as required
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and manage calendars
- Assist with HR duties like onboarding new employees
- Provide administrative support to the plant manager and leadership team
Preferred experiences:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
- Strong knowledge of office management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
