PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Overall product receiving and distribution

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process product receiving and distribution according to procedures

• Puts away on the shelf when receiving products

• Controls & Manages receiving & delivery of long-term and/or short-term consignment

• Fulfill customer orders and then pack, seal, label and express delivery to customers

• Complies and reports to Operation manager of damage, outdated stock or supplies, over and under shipments from vendors, return of products from distributors, etc.

• Contacts distributors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages or overages and arrangement of emergency shipments

• Provides customer service for distributors and customers

• Performs blind stock count for main warehouse

• Performs annual stock count of long-term consignment located in fields

• Works with Material planners to secure optimum safety stock level and minimize shortages

• Manages replaced instruments due to breakage
