Description

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in the education field. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, faculty, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our educational community and make a positive impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Direct visitors to appropriate offices, classrooms, or personnel

• Provide information and assistance to students, parents, and visitors regarding school programs, events, and policies

• Manage the distribution of mail and packages

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for faculty and staff

• Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

• Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including room reservations and catering arrangements

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front office

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the school

  Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a customer-focused attitude

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Knowledge of the education field or experience working in a school environment is a plus, but not required
