Description

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist based in San Leandro, California. This role involves travelling to various locations to conduct safety training sessions, thus a willingness to travel is necessary. The role is a contract employment opportunity and is not office-based, providing flexibility for individuals seeking roles beyond the traditional workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct health and safety training sessions at various locations.

• Travel to various locations in the San Francisco Bay Area (mileage reimbursement provided).

• Maintain a professional demeanor and tough skin, as some individuals may resist the offered training and programs.

• Possess strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate training content.

• Be physically capable of traveling to training locations.

• Dress in formal work attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and safety-toed shoes.

• Manage data entry and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

• Provide excellent customer service in resolving inquiries and issues.

• Use the 'About Time' management system effectively for efficient work handling.

• Liaise with C-Suite executives, ensuring smooth communication and operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

• Ability to speak and translate in Cantonese.

• Familiarity with the software 'About Time'.

• Excellent correspondence skills, both written and verbal.

• Outstanding customer service skills.

• Proficient in data entry tasks.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
