Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager for a major healthcare company in San Antonio. The IT PM will be responsible for managing a multifaceted IT projects ensuring scope is delivered according to deadlines, budget, and quality standards. The IT Project Manager manages enterprise-wide strategic projects with complex scope and scale, and reports progress or matrix reports on a project directly to Senior Leadership. The IT PM will oversee all information technology project activities and provide project leadership across all phases, working in partnership with key business SMEs.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management, Information Systems.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certification is required.

• 8 years of project management experience leading technical projects, including development and execution

• 8 years' experience working all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle

• MUST have 5 years' experience in Health Care, preferably dealing with Health Plan (MCO) claims and clinical data.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)

• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Visio

• Proficiency with various system development lifecycles such as waterfall, RUP, and Agile methods null
