Description

We are offering a unique opportunity for a File Clerk role within the non-profit sector, based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role involves auditing, data management, and administrative tasks. The individual will be required to handle a high volume of transactions and ensure the secure handling of sensitive documents. This role offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits while managing a high volume of transactions.

• Oversee the printing and shipping of data without sampling.

• Perform site audits to ensure data accuracy.

• Supervise tasks as directed by higher-level management.

• Efficiently manage quarterly cycles which include pulling data to PDFs, extracting from ADP or payroll, and completing assembly steps.

• Handle accounts payable invoices, journal entries, and payroll records while ensuring the security of participant data.

• Meet stringent deadlines.

• Utilize basic spreadsheet and tracking tools for meticulous record-keeping.

• Manage large volumes of paper and repetitive tasks such as reprinting documents.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Ability to prepare charts and graphs as part of data representation

• Experience in handling correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience in data entry tasks

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
