Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scheduling, timecards, and office operations to ensure productivity, adherence to deadlines, and a professional atmosphere.

  • Manage client inquiries, directing them to relevant staff while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Supervise and ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and client check-in/check-out protocols.

  • Monitor and order non-clinical office supplies, collaborating with relevant parties to resolve technical issues.

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and mentor team members, emphasizing client quality, convenience, and customer service.

  • Supervise staff in accordance with HR standards, including timekeeping, attendance tracking, and absence management.

  • Participate in management functions such as disciplinary actions and performance evaluations.

  • Implement programs and practices to improve operations, staff retention, and employee engagement.

  • Ensure adherence to cash management procedures and maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and proprietary information.

  • Understand and follow all company policies and practices regarding HIPAA and CFR Part II, monitoring employee compliance.

  • Attend required management meetings and trainings, and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or customer service setting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office productivity software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality regulations
