CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for individuals to lead application development and support for NASA's enterprise business systems. Selected candidates will deliver and sustain capabilities in a fast-paced SAFe agile development environment. CACI is hiring an Applications and Platforms Security Operations Center (APSOC) Manager who will lead cyber and IA security activity on the NASA NCAPS program. The APSOC Manager will be a senior leader and will manage teams consisting of both leads and individual contributors responsible for leading the implementation and management of NCAPS related security processes and procedures.
As the APSOC Manager, you will lead a team delivering:
24x7x365 centralized cyber and system security monitoring and event management across multiple applications and platforms using Dynatrace—emphasizing predictive analytics, timely escalation and remediation, and coordination/collaboration with program partners.
Continuous cyber monitoring and cyber incident response including managing, triaging, resolving and communicating/collaborating with stakeholders, users and other process partners.
Outage coordination, including cross-program troubleshooting, outreach to on-call staff, vendor/OEM (Tier 4) escalation, and program communications to end users.
Collaborating with our Applications and Platforms Operations Center (APOC), which centralizes our security incident response process, provides spillage management and sanitization expertise, and interfaces with other NASA activities.
What you’ll get to do:
Manage daily cyber and IA security support over NCAPS portfolio of applications and platforms
Hire, retain and train a team of cyber/IA professionals
Lead the development and maintenance of NCAPS cyber/IA processes and procedures in an ITIL framework
Ensure cyber monitoring is performed timely and cyber responses occur within established processes/procedures
Ensure team supports critical processes outside of normal hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Lead rapid response to quickly resolve cyber events
Communicate with senior customer stakeholders on reporting metrics (e.g., # of events, average time to respond, affected applications or platforms, etc.)
Lead preparation and distribution of cyber/IA required reporting
Be the NCAPS program point of contact for collaborating and coordinating with other NASA enterprise contract vendors on cyber/IA activities
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Public Trust clearance and the ability to obtain a higher level clearance, if needed.
College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related. Experience considered in lieu of degree.
10+ years of related technical experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience leading cyber and IA security activities on a large, complex program
Experience with ITIL frameworks and Dynatrace.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience managing operations in an Agile environment
Experience with SecDevOps and Agile processes and/or tools

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$95,500-$210,100
