Primary Responsibilities:

• Learn fundamentals of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Develop data analysis using Python to support business needs.

• Perform statistical analysis to quantify completeness and validity of a data source.

• Provide support for engineering root cause analysis investigations.

• Support development of semantic models and ontologies using knowledge graph technology.

• Clean and Analyze data using Python.

• Implement machine learning algorithms on numerical and categorical datasets.

  Qualifications/Experience Needed:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Data Science or Statistics or Engineering.

• Python experience.

• Aerospace & Defense industry or Information Systems experience.

• Experience Git or similar software revision control best practices.

• Understanding of software development/engineering lifecycle from concept to delivery.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
