Job Description

We are looking for a new member of our Customer Operations team in Prague. In this role you will be dealing with challenges connected to deliveries of our products to customers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Process customers’ orders and timely delivery dispatch from Regional Distribution Center to customers and invoice shipped orders

  • Ensure that shipment to customers is reliable, on time and in line with current legislation, operation model and trade terms (includes if needed inventory/sales data weekly update, replenishment plan generation (via Customer replenishment tool), order composition, capacity planning, delivery tracking)

  • Own and support Operations projects within agreed focus areas and support the Operations Manager to deliver company plan and ambitions

  • Be a point of contact on supply related questions to Customers / Sales team

  • Analyze performance related to assigned customers (Out of stocks, service level, delivery service, launch adherence etc.)

  • Close partnership with Sales and Marketing department and ensure excellent launches and promo execution

  • Handle customer claims

The Operations Department is the owner of the overall flow of goods to the Market place. This department is focusing on the analysis of the current performance and trends, sending demand signals to production sites and driving the flow of goods to the customer shelves and eComm web sides.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Customer operations professional with experience preferably from any FMCG company

  • Strong MS Excel skills, experience in using SAP is an advantage

  • Very good analytical skills, ability to interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and issues

  • Communication and collaboration skills which help you to work with external and external customers

  • Good knowledge of Czech/Slovak and English in both written and spoken basis - daily communication
