[This entry-level position assists in the preparation of engineering design and documents. An EIT supports a wide variety of projects, both commercial and government, and participates in multidisciplinary field efforts. This position works under general supervision of lead engineers or project managers. This position serves as a technician in the application of electrical concepts, principles, and methods in the areas of electrical power distribution, instrumentation and controls, lighting, and safety. • Ability to obtain U.S. military base access through completion of a comprehensive background check.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum.
• Passed or working towards passing the Engineer in Training (EIT) Exam.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Willing and able to independently travel periodically to project locations, domestic and internationally.
• Working towards obtaining professional licensure.
