CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

The main role is to provide an objective assessment of how well BSO can operate and give actionable tips to refine all aspects of the operations making them easier, faster, with better quality and more affordable.A range of activities should be completed including:

  • Documenting process details

  • Perform cost assessments.

  • Develop implementation plans.

  • Research new tools and techniques

  • Presentations and reporting

  • Tracking progress

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor´s degree- Accounting, Informatics Engineer

  • Fully bilingual (English & Spanish

  • Process Improvement

  • Power BI Management

  • Advanced level of Excel (mandatory)

  • SQL

· Coding VBA

  • Reporting Process Improvement project status to stakeholders

  • Support and escalate SNOW tickets submitted by SSC managers.

  • Standard Operating Procedures update implemented (review current status, assure successful implementation)

  • Process mapping that will be included in the Standard Procedures

  • Process improvement methodology training and tools that could be used.

  • Process Automation in current processes (e.g., Macros, power bi tool) track ideas, implement them and assure completeness.

  • Risk management for new processes implemented.

  • Report risks identified to stakeholder.
