Job Summary:

As a Commercial Service Plumber with 2 - 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in a variety of commercial settings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting plumbing issues, committed to safety standards, and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems, including water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures, ensuring compliance with codes and safety regulations.

  • Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial buildings to prevent future problems and extend the life of the systems.

  • Install new plumbing systems and equipment according to specifications and code requirements.

  • Respond to emergency plumbing calls promptly to mitigate risks and damages.

  • Maintain detailed records of assignments and produce reports on tasks completed, time taken, and materials used.

  • Collaborate with construction teams, site managers, and other tradespeople to ensure plumbing needs are met and coordinated with other construction or renovation activities.

  • Provide excellent customer service, offering clear communication and professional advice to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Continuously update knowledge of the trade through participation in workshops, seminars, and relevant trade classes.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.

    Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing services.

  • Proficient knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and plumbing standards.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
