A Brief Overview

The Digital Health Senior Associate helps lead the successful integration of digital health efforts with Stanford Health Care operations, working closely with resources from across the organization. In this role, the Senior Associate will support the operational execution and technical integration of digital health initiatives, including but not limited to: running end-to-end project life cycles, product development and deployment, leading trainings for virtual health use cases, leveraging change management practices, and conducting data analysis and reporting.

What you will do

  • Lead the successful integration of new digital health innovations with SHC operations and technology systems working collaboratively to support development and execution of new use cases and scaling of existing programs.

  • Coordinate with service lines and other consulted parties to identify clinical and business workflow/product design requirements

  • Define and maintain project plans and communication/reporting associated with multiple work streams

  • Provide financial planning, branding, marketing, regulatory, and integration standards to clinical/operational team for virtual use cases

  • Execute change management and adoption approach for specific use cases and partner with practice areas to execute

  • Support development and execution of training for virtual health use cases and managing ongoing training needs

  • Effectively communicate the value and plan for execution of new digital health offerings to operations and clinical departments

  • Make assignments, direct the work of others, and review deliverables

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN RELATED FIELD

Experience Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of progressively responsible directly related work experience in a healthcare environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to conduct analysis and formulate conclusions

  • Ability to make effective oral presentations and prepare concise written reports to a variety of audiences

  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines

  • Ability to solve technical and non-technical problems

  • Ability to work effectively both as a team player and leader

  • Ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $55.80 - $73.92 per hour

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
