The Oswego County Health Department has an immediate opening for a Senior Health Program Specialist to oversee the Immunization Program. The incumbent will manage the immunization action plan grant, oversee all immunization clinics, assist with vaccine preventable disease outbreaks, and perform immunization related community outreach. The incumbent will also assist with the Lead Poisoning Prevention Program as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in wellness management, psychology, human development, social work, human services, counseling, or closely related field; OR bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience working with children and/or families in a health or social services agency, or community services setting.SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Participation in Public Health emergency preparedness drills and responses may be required.
