NY 1498008 General Laborer/Maintenance

Broadwell Hospitality Group located in Oswego, NY is looking for a General Laborer/Maintenance to begin immediately

Responsibilities include

• Mowing, trimming, mulching, weed control, pruning, seasonal cleanup and snow removal
• General labor
• Perform minor electrical and mechanical repairs
• Performs routine plumbing repairs
• Performs basic janitorial duties
• Assists in administration of special maintenance programs
• Assists in maintenance of departmental tools, workspaces, and equipment
• Knows and observes all safety precautions including fire safety and emergency action plans including fire control/alarm systems and extinguishers

Education - High School Diploma/GED

Work Hours - Full time, hours vary, must be flexible

Requirements - able to lift 75 lbs and up

Wage - $15 - $20 per hour
