BANK OF UTAH Treasury Management Specialist in OGDEN, Utah
Major Job Function:
Responsible for the setup and support of customers online banking products including bill pay, remote deposit/mobile deposit, and all other Treasury Management products and processes.
Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:
- Must have a minimum 2 years of comparable experience.
- Must have excellent phone customer service skills.
- Must be able to communicate clearly on phone and through email.
- Must be accurate, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Must follow through on assignments and duties to ensure their timely completion.
- Must be able to ensure established policies and procedures are being followed.
- Must be proficient in Excel and have a basic knowledge of Word and other general Microsoft systems.
Regular Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with TM products and services.
- Answer inbound online banking and customer service calls.
- Provide support for online banking customers. Assist with the setup and maintenance of online banking customer profiles. Assist with other online banking functions as needed.
- Process payments and review remote/mobile deposit items.
- Help maintain records across multiple platforms.
- Other duties as assigned.
