The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
Serve as intelligence & insights consultant demonstrating thought-leadership and expertise in both proprietary and competitor life insurance products, the marketplace, and historical sales trends.
Lead in-depth research and trend analysis of industry products and sales strategies.
Develop and present innovative product ideas and/or enhancements to product strategy with the goal of complimenting and enhancing product portfolio.
Author regular communications to appropriate stakeholders to summarize trends or changes, along with providing relevancy to Prudential.
Fulfills on-demand research requests from internal partners: Actuarial, Life Product Strategy, Distribution, Underwriting and Senior Management.
Perform ad-hoc sales reports as requested by Leadership, Distribution, or other parties.
Assist in the development of industry sales information for presentations, annual reports, etc.
What youll need:
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Self-starter and be able to work independently as well as a team member.
Excellent analytical skills and verbal communication and the ability to work as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills
Itd be a plus if you had:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience working in Life Insurance a plus.
4 years of experience in financial services or related field preferred.
Series 6 or 7 preferred.

The salary range for this role is from $90,100.00 to $134,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
