A well-established NYC Real Estate firm is currently seeking a Director of Finance to join their talented team. The Director of Finance will contribute to the strategic direction of the firm, while managing the day-to-day financial, accounting and payroll functions.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements

• Supervising Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll activities

• Assisting with monitoring budgets to actuals

• Regularly coordinating with external auditors

• Overseeing banking, cash management and reconciliation process

• Developing onboarding processes and building training plans for new employees

• Managing ad hoc projects as necessary

  Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 10 years of experience in the Real Estate sector. Applicant should have extensive experience managing and growing teams. Yardi proficiency required. This position will be filled by a strong leader, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative environment and deliver results.
