Job Description

The Publics Media Finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst suitable for an analytical person who will play an important part in the reporting, budgeting and forecasting process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create monthly utilization reporting to business leads, providing commentary

• Work with manager to provide comprehensive financial analysis

• Help prepare monthly Revenue/Expense forecast

• Assist month-end close processes including revenue/expense calculations and analysis, creation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and review and adjustment of revenue-related accounts

• Review operating expenses and prepare monthly expense analysis for internal review

• Support in completing all reporting, scheduled and ad hoc

• Help support documents for financial audits

Qualifications

• Results-oriented person with a strong work ethic and who can operate effectively, independently and in a collaborative environment

• Advanced MS Excel modeling skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables)

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with diverse groups agency-wide

• Excel working in a fast paced environment

• Passionate about the business with a desire to continuously improve performance and service

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA (or working towards) a plus

Compensation Range: $46,500.00 - $68,500.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
