Amazon Program Administrator, Relay Account Support in Nashville, Tennessee

Description

The Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Relay Account Support (RAS) team is in search of a dedicated Program Administrator to expand our team's scope and ensure top-notch customer service for our carrier partners. The primary goal is to oversee programs supporting our carrier services teams in resolving disputes, processing relay One-Time Payments, and managing weekly US trailer toll recovery claw backs. This role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders and senior leaders to streamline internal processes, enhance efficiency, and continually improve productivity in the payment disputes business.

Key job responsibilities

• Gather and assess weekly trailer-toll data to identify accuracy and claw-back opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to review and execute One-Time Payment initiatives.

• Drive business process enhancements and improvements.

• Monitor and progress cost-saving initiatives through internal audits for dispute case management.

• Coordinate and engage in meetings with vendors and cross-functional teams.

• Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Generate required weekly reports for controllership purposes.

• Works independently with the appropriate stake holders for minimize and prevent fraudulent activity.

• Mentoring and coaching members of the payment disputes team.

• Update and generate Statements of Work (SOW) and input data into the STAR system for payment disputes.

• Resolve payment disputes during peak and prime business periods.

A day in the life

A day in the life of a Program Administrator entails close collaboration with the Payment Disputes Senior Manager to ensure the timely and precise completion of specialized projects in the payment disputes domain. They innovate and streamline current processes to enhance sustainability and deliver superior outcomes to customers. This role centers on payment disputes, trailer-toll recovery, and one-time payments, with expanding opportunities for future scope based on relay's business needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or two years of Amazon experience

  • 2+ years of procurement/logistic experience, or equivalent professional or military experience

  • 2+ years of experience with Excel and SQL

  • Familiarity with procurement tools e.g. COUPA, FinOps Central

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a transportation customer/provider

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma

  • Experience in manufacturing, customer service, and/or distribution environments

  • Experience working in Dispute Management, Accounting/Finance, or a role involving payment management

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc
