Description

Position Overview: As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department and assisting with various HR functions. You will work closely with HR managers and team members to ensure the smooth execution of HR programs, processes, and initiatives while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.

  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.

  • Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, addressing payroll inquiries, and ensuring accuracy of payroll data.

  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics by collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data for reporting purposes.

  • Manage HR-related documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and compliance documents.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a related role is preferred.

  • Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS software.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and exercise discretion.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a bonus.
