Job Description:

Role and Responsibility

• Play a key role in contact with customer key contact in the plant

• Maintaining & improve manufacturing processes quality

• Initiate quality improvement project for operational excellence & customer satisfaction

• Implement quality management system that complies with ISI9001/IATF16949

• Responsible for supplier quality management

• Identifies, recommends, and implements programs in manufacturing area to improve product quality, process capability, process safety and health/environmental impact.

• Interacts with other personnel, principally within the assigned division/functions to develop a network of resources to facilitate completion of assignments.

• Initiate and lead the projects to improve the operational excellence.

  Qualification

• Bechelor's degree or above

• New grad is acceptable(대졸신입 지원 가능)

• Preferred 3 years or less of experience in manufacturing

• Majored in Chemical/Polymer/Industrial engineering or any equivalences

• Ability to understand and apply analytical and statistics tools

• Ability to engage and influence the organization

• Effective facilitation & communication skill

• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel functionality, experienced PowerPoint user)

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines

• CQE, quality related certificate is preferred
