Aerotek Plumbing Supervisor in Modesto, California

DIRECT PLACEMENT

DAY SHIFT

Description:

  • Run or participate in daily tech training meetings.

  • Once Techs are out for the day address Job Manager for parts that need to be quoted/ordered

  • Quotes and orders should be processed within 24 hours

  • Provide field support in a technical, software related or procedural nature.

  • Assist in addressing customer concerns or complaints as needed.

  • Be available to dispatch to customer's homes when needed.

  • Create and follow a ride along schedule with technicians for quality control and training.

  • Review Daily schedule with dispatch for types of calls, efficiency, and performance focus for the following day
