We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team in Middleton, Massachusetts. This role involves working with CNC Precision Machines and maintaining the smooth operation of our facility. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for machine maintenance, electrical work, and some building maintenance, with some additional exposure to SAP systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking a new challenge in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of CNC Precision Machines including Mills, Lathes, CMM, Smart Scopes, among others

• Perform building maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of the facility

• Conduct electrical maintenance and repair work on machines and around the building

• Utilize SAP systems for efficient management of operations

• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) to ensure the longevity and efficiency of machines

• Act as a lead maintenance technician, providing guidance and support to other team members

• Handle CNC Maintenance tasks, coordinating with external professionals for major issues when necessary

• Understand and manage FANUC controls, ensuring optimal machine performance

• Work flexible hours including weekends, as needed.

Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience as a Site Engineer or related role

• Proficiency in operating CNC Equipment, CNC Machines, and CNC Lathe

• Familiarity with FANUC control systems

• Experience with SAP for managing business operations and customer relations

• Proven track record in Equipment Maintenance and ensuring operational efficiency

• Experience in Facilities Management, including planning, designing, and managing physical infrastructure

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

• A degree in Engineering or a related technical field would be advantageous

• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines at all times

• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
