Robert Half is currently seeking a Leasing Assistant for a respected property management company in the Miami area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry.

Job Description:

As a Leasing Assistant, you will be an integral part of the property management team, providing support in all aspects of leasing and tenant relations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the leasing process, maintaining tenant records, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the application process, including collecting necessary documentation and conducting background checks

• Prepare and execute lease agreements

• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and transactions

• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Previous experience in property management or leasing is a plus

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
