This role will focus on team growth, onboarding new team members, and identifying areas of improvement across the organization. Also be an agile evangelist for the company, leading agile initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally within the organization. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) * Minimum of a bachelor's degree in technical or related discipline o In lieu of degree, a high school diploma/equivalent with four or more years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered * Industry recognized Scrum Master Certification * 3+ years experience in an agile-focused role at an agile organization * Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master for a high-performing agile team * Demonstrated agile mindset and understanding of DevOps & Agile Principles * Ability to analyze processes and raise issues * Ability to develop high functioning teams and coach excellence * Ability to use MS Office and/or Google App products * Experience with learning organizations and experimentation methodology * Comfo
