As an Associate Auditor , you’ll work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, contributing to audit projects that drive excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Process Understanding: Dive deep into the processes being audited, including key personnel, systems, strategies, and objectives. Conduct interviews, research, and observations to gain insights.

Documentation: Skillfully document business processes using tools like Visio, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Audit Execution: Execute audit program test steps to assess control adequacy and process efficiency.

Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics to identify trends, exceptions, and process risks. Evaluate control effectiveness and quantify the impact of opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and Company management to recommend sustainable, business-focused solutions that enhance operations and strengthen controls.

Time Management: Prioritize assignments and meet established deadlines.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).

Qualities: Well-organized, proactive, and curious.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and data analysis.

Analytical Mindset: Capable of learning and applying knowledge of risk, controls, and data analysis.

Business Acumen: General understanding of business basics and financial concepts.
