LOCATION: Marquette County

POSITION TITLE: Outpatient Services Clinician or Supports & Services Coordinator  (Responsibilities will be in the Marquette ACT Program)

POSITION STATUS: 80 hours biweekly / Regular Full-time Salary / Exempt Marquette Professional Unit

SALARY RANGE: $28.45/hr---$35.39/hr LMSW pay scale $24.17/hr---$31.24/hr LLMSW pay scale  $21.39/hr---$28.83/hr LBSW pay scale $20.48/hr---$25.36/hr LLBSW pay scale $18.30/hr---$24.75/hr Supports & Services Coordinator pay scale Plus full-time benefits *Specific salary range dependent on license status *

RESPONSIBILITIES: Works in an interdisciplinary team providing case management, community supports, and active treatment to consumers who have a serious mental illness. Responsibilities include: assessment, treatment planning, coordination and monitoring of supports according to a person centered plan. Services are provided primarily in community settings with an effort to assure the consumer's inclusion in community activity. This position requires timely and complete documentation, good organizational and time management skills, flexibility, and independence in carrying out responsibilities. This person must be able to work within a team environment and is required to work as a member of Marquette County ACT 24-hour response team. 

QUALIFICATIONS: For Outpatient Services Clinician - Master's Degree in Social Work with State of Michigan licensure as a  Master of Social Work (LMSW) or Limited Licensed Masters of Social Work (LLMSW) preferred. Consideration will be given to Master's Degree in Psychology with State of Michigan LLP licensure, Master's Degree in Professional Counseling with State of Michigan licensure as LPC or LLPC, or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with State of Michigan licensure as a LBSW or LLBSW if there are no successful MSW applicants. For Supports & Services Coordinator - Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in a HumanServices Mental Health field (such as Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or similar nature) and one year of experience working with persons with mental illness. Experience in professional human services is desired but all applicants will be considered.
