Job Summary:

Cloud Lake Technology is looking for a Microsoft Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work in Lorton, VA.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Be able to answer all inquiries regarding DVS and approved Enterprise visualization software (e.g., , Microsoft Power Platform and its components such as PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerPages, PowerAutomate and Power Virtual Agents).

• Possess the requisite knowledge and experience needed to assist, support and resolve DVS help tickets relating to Microsoft Power BI applications and issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and At least (5) years’ experience working in a Federal Government environment as a Microsoft Application SME essentially for the Power BI components.

• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate or similar training at this level for the knowledge and expertise for the Power BI components; IAT-II certification.
