We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an RFI/RFP Project Manager. As an integral part of our organization, the candidate will play a crucial role in managing the RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes RFI/RFP Process Management.

The Project Manager provides oversight, leadership, accountability, and project management functions for multiple small or medium sized projects at the same time or for a single large project. These projects are numerous and require dedicated project managers who communicate at the Team or Project Sponsor level. Small sized projects typically have durations less than 6 months with 10 or less team members, impact smaller business units within an Agency and have a low risk.

Medium sized projects typically have durations less than 6 months with 10 or more team members, impact large business units within an Agency and have a medium or low risk. Large sized projects typically have durations longer than 6 months with 20 or more team members, require communication at the Agency Leadership level and have a medium to high risk. This position will ensure consistency with the Client project management methodology (SUITE), perform long-term release planning based on organizational direction, regularly interact with the project management teams for status of budget, quality, and schedule, escalate issues and risks as needed to executives and exercise project quality control activities to ensure project scope expectations are met.

Required Skills & Experience: • Project Manager that will be working on RFP (Request for proposal) work.
