Job Summary: This role will lead or support the development, management and improvements of the technology systems and processes related to the quality management system (QMS), associated process tools and interrelated systems. Specific systems and processes requiring this role's support include document control systems, audit management systems, quality databases, intranet pages, and non-conformance and corrective action systems. This role will work closely with the Manager, Quality Systems and Processes to understand requirements, develop or redevelop processes, and implement the systems to achieve these processes. They will lead all or a portion of the defined change, in particular changes to technology systems. Responsibilities: Understanding the Business Basic understanding of the TIC industry and the processes required to deliver TIC services In-depth knowledge of CSA Technology systems and interaction between systems. Works closely with peers within the Quality Management teams to understand quality systems-related metrics and data Works closely with colleagues within other functions (Operations, Technical Management) to understand the metrics and data required to demonstrate strong quality risk controls Working Well with Others Ability to ask questions to understand system and process requirements and clarify directions. Ability to recognize social styles and cultural norms and tailor communications accordingly Ability to effectively lead a group of project stakeholders Keeps line of communication open among all project stakeholders, tracking deliverables, milestones, and any decisions made regarding requests for change and outstanding items Escalates to superiors when results, data and information from others are overdue Occasional access to confidential information such as customer compliance status, audits, names of internal staff who have non-conformances, scores on annual audits Provides guidance and training to users of systems and processes. First contact for internal customers with inquiries/issues with processes or systems. Delivering Results Leads the development and improvement of the technology systems related to the QMS, including document control systems, audit management systems, quality databases, intranet page, and nonconformance and corrective actions systems Leads and maintains the internal and external audit program scheduling. Leads and maintains the coordination of the collection and presentation of QMS data for management and reporting purposes. Supports the coordination of global QMS communications and change management activities Accountable for the accuracy and quality of data, information and communication material related to quality systems and processes Provides options and recommendations to decision-makers, coordinates responses and documents decisions.
