• Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator
• Location: Lakeland, FL
• Pay: $40,000-$65,000/year, depending on experience
• Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
• Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire

JOB DUTIES:

• Work with nursing department and caregivers to build schedules for clients and ensure they are fully staffed
• Confirm Caregivers have clocked in and are at their scheduled shift in order to coordinate payroll and billing
• Assist with new caregiver orientations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a staffing coordinator
• Passion for helping seniors and their families
• Excellent customer service skills
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare related field
• Prior experience as a caregiver is preferred
