職務について

大小あわせ最大２３部屋、収容人数３３００人の規模を要するホテルの宴会統括マネージャー職です。複数のマネージャーおよびスーパーバイザーを監督し、宴会場・会議施設に勤務する多数の従業員を監督していただきます。

*　スタッフ対応*

• 日々の業務の指示、仕事の計画・割り当てを行い、常に適切な人員を確保。

• チームをまとめ、指導や評価を通してチームメンバーの能力を高め、スタッフとして目指すべき業績や成長の目標を設定。

• スタッフがコンプライアンスに従い、期待されるスタンダードに準じた業務を行うよう指導。

• 必要に応じて人事関連の対応を提案または実行。

• 日々のコミュニケーションや他の部門との調整を通して、チームワークとサービスの質を高める。

*　お客様への対応*

• 宴会場の設備が正常に稼働し定期的に清掃しているか確認。

• 宴会場や会議施設を含むすべての飲食施設が清潔に保たれ、予測される業務の規模に応じた適切な在庫があることを確認。メンテナンスや修理が必要な場合は直ちにエンジニアに連絡。

• 品質とお客様満足度の目標を設定し、それを達成。お客様のご要望や苦情に対応し、十分にご満足いただけるよう努める。

• お客様の期待を把握してそれに対応し、ロイヤリティを確立できるよう、お客様の動向を分析。

• お客様の期待に応えられるよう、定期的にお客様とコミュニケーションを取る。

*　業務範囲*

• 競合他社の活動や業界の新技術に注意を払い、シェフと共にメニューの設定やコンセプトの検討・承認を行う。

• 食品や飲料品は必ず安全に保管。 こまめに在庫を補充して廃棄を最小限に抑える。

• 料飲在庫の棚卸しを行う。全ての食品、飲料品、資材、備品の最小／最大在庫量を決定。

• 全員で協力する必要のある予想外のことが起きた場合は、臨時の業務にも臨機応変に対応。

*　財務*

• ホテルの年間予算の作成や部門目標の設定を支援。

• 料飲と人件費を中心とした予算の監視や経費管理。

• ケータリング部門と協力し、増収を目標とした販売拡大の機会を探る。

• お得な価格で素晴らしい食事体験を提供するキャンペーンを推進。

• クレジットカード決済や金銭取引が安全な方法で行われるよう確認。

あなたに求められるもの

• ホテルマネジメント、料理、または関連分野の学士号、高等教育資格、または同等の資格。

• 管理経験を含む、少なくとも4年の関連実務経験。

• 現地の言語を話すこと。

• 現地の行政機関が定める認定書・許可書を取得すること。

給与

• 月額給与：407,000～770,000円 ※ご経験・スキル等により応相談

• ｲﾝｾﾝﾃｨﾌﾞ：支給は会社業績による。支給される場合は年収(月給ｘ12ヶ月)の10％

• 手当：通勤補助費(上限あり)、時間外手当(深夜等)

• 保険各種：社会保険(健康保険、厚生年金)、雇用保険、労働災害保険加入

• 勤務時間：1ヶ月単位の変形労働制、所定労働時間7.75時間(日平均)

• 休日：110日(年間)、リフレッシュ休暇4日、有給休暇(初年度10日)
