Description We are looking for a skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be integral in operationalizing Machine Learning (ML) and Language Model (LLM) models with a strong focus on General AI (GenAI). This role will be conducted remotely, giving you the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems with multilayered data sets and optimize existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.

• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and data architects on production systems and applications.

• Identify differences in data distribution that could affect model performance in real-world applications.

• Ensure algorithms generate accurate responses.

• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and execute data wrangling techniques.

• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

• Build and operationalize retrieval augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.

• Utilize LLMs to provide software automation capability integrations.

• Configure vectors databases for semantic search.

• Work with LangChain and sentence transformer frameworks.

• Implement models such as ChatGPT4 or comparable models.

• Contribute to MLOps.

• Leverage AI/ML cloud services and infrastructure, including SaaS infrastructure technologies (AWS/Azure preferred).

• Use Python and SQL to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.

• Apply knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques, including clustering, decision tree learning, artificial intelligence, etc. Requirements • Proficiency in Python and SQL is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience with cloud technologies including AWS and Microsoft Azure.

• Solid understanding and experience with database management.

• Proven ability to implement strategies and execute plans effectively.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to guide a team.

• Experience with Onboarding and Automation processes.

• Strong engineering skills, particularly in software development.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven experience in optimization techniques.

• Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in system integration and conductivity.

• Proficiency in Configuration Management and understanding of various Frameworks.

• Ability to think creatively and use analytical skills to solve complex problems.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Algorithm Implementation.
