JPMorgan Chase 2025 Corporate & Investment Bank Payments Summer Analyst Program in Jersey City, New Jersey

The Payments Summer Analyst Program offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across this exciting, innovative landscape to learn what it takes to "make money move." With the full support and resources of J.P. Morgan, you'll have what you need to succeed - from training and mentorship from senior leaders to engagement on challenging projects that use all your skills. We are looking for creative, eclectic thinkers to help us drive our future client solutions.

As a 2025 Summer Analyst within the Corporate and Investment Bank Payments team, you will help work with a team that drives innovation across global payments. The nine-week Summer Analyst Program kicks off with an orientation and training sessions, taught by top professionals and expert instructors. Our team members and mentors will help you navigate the firm and continue to learn about our businesses. You will have a chance to take a deep dive into an area within the Payments organization. Access to senior management and a strong network of peers will promote ongoing professional development throughout the summer. Top performing summer analysts may receive a full-time offer to join the two year Payments Rotational Analyst Program.

Job responsibilities

  • Learn how we work with 100,000+ clients in 160+ countries to support cash management needs and technology-based payment solutions across 120+ currencies

  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to meet client needs

  • Gain exposure to product and client coverage teams

  • Create innovative ideas to transform the Payments landscape with the team

  • Work under the guidance of mentors and a supportive team

  • Network with industry leaders, accessing best-in-class training and learning how all our businesses work together to provide excellent customer service

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Attend college/university in the U.S.

  • All majors eligible to apply

  • Expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026 from Bachelor's or Master's program (within 2 years of the Bachelor's degree)

  • Exceptional analytical, research and project management skills

  • Familiarity with business fundamentals

  • Ability to quickly solve problems on your own and with a team

  • Enthusiasm, energy and a drive to succeed

  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to partner and work on a team

  • Passionate about being part of a transformative and/or sales solution based industry

  • Fluency in English

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
