The Master Data Analyst is responsible for all Master Data processes and programs related to (but not limited to): DEA, FDA, State licensing, REMS and restricted sale items programs ensuring MDM compliance with legal, regulatory and data governance policies and procedures. This is a possible Temp To Hire opportunity. Hybrid position and you must be located in the DFW area and able to work ONSITE as needed. Qualifications:

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills

• Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization (time management) skills

• Demonstrates analytical ability and attention to details

• Advanced/Intermediate problem solving and root cause analysis skills

• Ability to work in a detail-oriented environment

• Ability to work under limited general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelines

• Professional conduct and demeanor, uses discretion and maintain high level of confidentiality

• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in MS products (including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc)

• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in SAP and Vistex

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Proven ability to manage projects efficiently with excellent attention to details.

Responsibilities

• The Master Data Compliance Analyst is responsible for all Master Data processes and programs related to (but not limited to): DEA, FDA, State licensing, REMS and restricted sale items programs ensuring MDM compliance with legal, regulatory and data governance policies and procedures.

• Support management in the implementation and/or revision of compliance policies and procedures to support the Drug Supply and Security Act

• Obtain and understand all regulatory changes. Maintain management informed of new laws and regulations and/or changes thereof

• Advise business units regarding regulatory DSCSA matters

• This individual must thrive in performing meticulous research and be extremely detail oriented in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
