eCommerce Analytics team partners with the eCommerce Business, Strategy and Product teams to derive insights and make recommendations that enhance the experience for millions of customers. You'll be part of a talented team that provides data-driven insights and recommendations to shape our site strategy and drive the work of teams who help to shape how customers experience shopping on the world's biggest stage. You'll get lead the delivery of customer-centric, data-driven solutions before they walk in the door, after they purchase, and every step in between. This is that place. This is Walmart.

We are seeking a dynamic Manager in Advanced Analytics to support our site merchandising, operations and strategy. You will be responsible for the data and insights that power our site merchandising and strategy teams, supporting areas like site business opportunity and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, should possess strong problem-solving, exceptional analytical skills, and be able to design and execute on a vision for data-related initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide end-to-end analytical support for complex initiatives up to the executive level.

  • Implement modeling solutions and execute advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems.

  • Support strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results.

  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies and anticipate future trends.

You will Make an Impact by:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Execute on strategy, priorities, and demonstrate adaptability to address business, resource, and operational challenges.

  • Lead with a vision of how to execute analytical excellence, and implement this plan

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

  • 4+ years experience in Analytics, Data Science, Digital Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics.

  • SQL programming skills, experience with big data technologies, and modern data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Ability to communicate technical material to various audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • MBA or Master's Degree in a related technical field.

  • Background in Digital Analytics, Retail, and/or eCommerce.

  • Knowledge of A/B and Multivariate test design and implementation.

  • Experience using enterprise-level analytics platforms.

HOBOKEN, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
