As a working student (m/f/d) Front Office, you have the opportunity to start your career in Rooms Operations and gain important experience for your future career. Here, you can apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and start your career with the world's largest hotel chain!

Some of your main tasks include:

Check-in & Check-out: You are the first and last point of contact for our international guests & ensure a smooth process at our Front Office. Customer Journey: You do everything possible to make our guests' stay as unforgettable as possible and advise them on all matters. Upsell: You are the Upsell and Enrollment King/Queen and directly contribute to achieving department goals. Customer Relationship Management: You keep a cool head even in complicated situations and, through your expertise, handle guest complaints and find solutions – you know that negative impressions can be turned into positive memories with the right attitude.

You are currently studying Hotel or Tourism Management & looking for an entry into Rooms Operations. You are eager to develop yourself every day and learn new things. Your professional & communicative nature sets you apart – whether in German or English.
