Position Summary We are currently seeking a Linux Systems Administrator to provide intermediate to advance Linux user and server support to our customer in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The successful candidate must be a US Citizen and possess an ACTIVE US Government Security Clearance - TS/SCI with polygraph.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide user account administration,
• Kick-start installations, virtual server deployments, software installation, and system updates.
• Troubleshoot Linuxoperating system and hardware failures, monitoring servers for health and status.
• Developtechnical documentation.
• Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.
• Provides oversight and responsibilityfor the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Administration area of responsibility.
• Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity within the Federal Government is required.
